(Oatmeal/Oats) : Try adding lots of neat fruits, dry or roasted nuts, and spices to jazz it up and make it worth while
(Beans/Lentils) : No matter where in the world you are these things never gets old. Add herbs, veggies, and different stock to add a bit more life to the party. You'll be full, and it's a great resource of :
•Protein is a vital nutrient that plays a keyrole in maintaining and repairing the body
•Folate
•Antioxidants
•Heart health
•Reduced risk of cancer
•Diabetes and glucose metabolism
•Preventing fatty liver
•Controlling appetite
(Fruits) : here's where you get all necessary VITAMINS and NUTRIENTS. Eat them plain or with things such as cottage cheese, ricotta, cream cheese, or whippppppppp. If it's too boring. A little won't hurt.
(Granola Bars) : these are for that sweet tooth you just can't stop and need to get rid of. It's a great source of energy and it helps keep that hunger down if your working on weight Loss.
(Lots of Veggies) : Well when we were kids this might have been IMPOSSIBLE. But as adults I think we all have come to an agreement that they're needed. Add flavor or eat them plain
(Eggs) : Great source of PROTEIN and if you're lucky, you know how to season your eggs (best if boiled-not fried) to perfection to create that one magical moment that satisfies your appetite
(Boiled Potatoes) : So this is one of our FAVORITES guys! Now if you prep them right, there's nothing much else to say.
Boiled potatoes are naturally rich in vitamins and minerals, particularly potassium, phosphorus, B-complex vitamins and vitamin C. They are low in calories and fat, and their high fiber content helps you feel full. Contrary to popular belief, potatoes are not inherently fattening
